The company’s headquarters is located in Changshu Economic Development Zone, with its research and development center and business service center situated in Xiangcheng District. Over the years, the company has been focusing on the field of high-precision cutting, grinding, and polishing technology, committed to providing advanced, autonomous, serialized, and intelligent semiconductor domestic equipment and supporting process integration solutions. It aims to accelerate the localization process of the industry and contribute to the development of China’s semiconductor industry.
