Jingchuang AR9000 12-inch fully automatic dicing machine officially launched

Recently, the AR9000 12-inch dual-axis fully automatic dicing equipment independently developed by Jingchuang has been officially verified for parallel operation in a domestic packaging production line. This model integrates fully automatic functions such as automatic loading and unloading, automatic dicing, automatic calibration, automatic cleaning and drying, non-contact height measurement and blade damage detection, dual-channel parallel transmission process and dual-spindle automatic dicing mode. The application of integrated, automated and intelligent technologies has greatly improved production efficiency and reduced labor costs.
The successful launch of this model breaks customers' inherent perceptions of domestic dicing equipment with low technical content and unstable automation. It allows domestic dicing equipment to appear in mainstream packaging production lines, marking that large-size fully automatic precision dicing machines are gradually being accepted by domestic mainstream integrated circuit manufacturers. It also breaks the monopoly status of leading international companies in the mainstream market of the domestic industry.
Currently, batches of AR9000 are under intensive production and assembly, and cooperation intentions have been reached with several well-known packaging companies to speed up market promotion.
