JDV-9230B

JDV-9230B is a simplified version of JDV-9230's fully automatic JIGSAW cutting equipment, suitable for various packaging products such as BGA, LGA, QFN, DFN, TF cards, etc. After manual loading, it can fully automate the processes of grabbing, cutting, cleaning, and unloading. It adopts a dual spindle dual cutting platform and a 2.4KW high torque air floating spindle, with high cutting efficiency and outstanding production capacity, supporting a maximum cutting speed of 250mm/s and processing of 4mm warped materials; Equipped with an optimized water spray system to improve cutting quality and blade life, while continuing the low-energy design, resulting in lower operating costs. This model has removed the detection and sorting module and focused on the core cutting function, making it more suitable for production scenarios that are cost sensitive and already have independent sorting processes.
